Navigate to your where you downloaded SplashtopSOS to and run the install file. (Usually the Downloads folder)
Launch Splashtop SOS
***DON’T SKIP THIS NEXT STEP OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOG ONTO YOUR COMPUTER!!!***
If this is a Windows computer - Make sure UAC is Disabled. Click here to learn how to disable UAC (failing to do this will make it impossible to log onto your computer)
If this is a MAC computer, please click here to learn how to set permissions. (Do not ignore this step!)
