Q: Is it possible to access PriceIt NextGen from the International Space Station?

A: Yes. You can access PriceIt NextGen ANYWHERE there is an internet connection.

Q: Ok so how the hell do I do that?

A: PriceIt uses support files on your computer to securely connect to a regional server via the internet. Simply click the shortcut icon on your desktop and you’re good to go!

Q: Where is my data stored?

A: Our state of the art servers are located all over the United States ensuring quick, reliable service - no matter where you are.

Q: Why can’t I just buy your software instead of having pay a subscription every damn month?

A: That’s a great question. Here’s the deal - the old convention of “buying” software is not a sustainable business model. Most companies that stuck to that way of doing business have gone out of business long ago. The reason why they went out of business is because once a sale is made - your relationship with that software developer ends. You are usually left with either paying for tech support - or worse - getting none. This leads to customer dissatisfaction. With subscription-based software, your relationship with the us is just beginning. We have to earn your business every. single. day.

Another thing to consider is that because of the amount of time it takes to develop PriceIt (literally tens of thousands of hours), time it takes to keep vendor data up-to-date, the hours of tech support, hosting, security, and doing backups - you're looking at a minimum $100k price tag. Subscription makes expensive software affordable and sustainable with peace of mind that your data and business is in good hands.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract or commit to a year of service or more?

A: Hell no! Contracts suck and only benefit lazy people. Nothing sucks more than being locked into a contract when you are unhappy with your service. Companies that do this have no motivation to keep you satisfied because they have your money and you can’t leave. We prefer to earn your business and trust each and every day.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription any time?

A: Of course you can. But why the hell would you? PriceIt is simply the best Shop Management Software on the market. We literally will stop at nothing to keep our customers happy and feeling valued. Don't take our word for it - listen to what our customers have to say about PriceIt. But if you do want to cancel, just let us know before your next billing cycle. Like most subscription services we don’t notify you before your automatic payment is processed. It is up to you to let us know when you want to cancel.

Q: How long does it take to set up and start using?

A: After you've made the awesome decision to start using PriceIt - your software will be ready to start using within an hour or so.

Q: How long does it take to be comfortable and efficient using PriceIt?

A: It depends. If you're a lazy bastard and don't put in the time it will take forever. If you jump in with both feet like most of our customers do - you'll be quite comfortable using PriceIt within a week or two.

Q: Will PriceIt make me a better musician or ball player?

A: Yes! Folks using PriceIt have more time to practice guitar or devote to stuff they really want to do. Think of PriceIt as an additional employee that never calls in sick for $1.56 and hour.

Q: I heard that the founder and developer of PriceIt died and that the company was sold. Is this true?

A: LOL. Nope. No one here died and the company was never sold to anyone else. We will never sell out to the highest bidder. Never bought - never sold!

Q: Ok so how do we know you’re not just going to go out of business and close?

A: Three reasons:

1. ZERO debt.

2. ZERO turnover

3. Everything is done in-house. We don’t farm out any programming or anything else for that matter.

Q: So why the hell do you have three versions of PriceIt NextGen and why does one cost more than the other two?

A: Well it’s simple. Not everyone has the same needs. Why pay for something you’ll never use? Some software companies only have one version and charge everyone the same price. That’s total BS. You wouldn’t rent an 18 wheeler if you just needed a pickup truck. That’s the same reason why we charge extra for things like Paylink, Customer Portal, Texting, etc. (which also require more tech support) We are working hard to keep prices as low as we can while offering premium features (that not everyone needs) that can be added for a little more each month.
